Horrible Customer Service for just an oil change Wife took the car in for service on a warranty service plan purchased with the car. Took two and a half hours, apparently because a technician copied Wife took the car in for service on a warranty service plan purchased with the car. Took two and a half hours, apparently because a technician copied down the license plate incorrectly. It was probably the Only New Mexico plated vehicle on the lot. If it's possible to keep warranty coverage at a different dealership, I'll gladly pay for what should be a 30 to 45 minute job. More
