Back twice for the same issue. The first time I came to the service center after my car broke done I had just come off two 12 hour shifts that ended at 4AM. When I reached the parking lot my car would not start (even though it had a full battery) and needed a jump to get going. When I brought my car iny service advisor told me that I would need a appointment for a rental. A. Appointment. I understand that you don't have any rental cars but that was a slap in the face .Throughout this experience I continued to feel as though my advisor thought I was stupid and waisting his time. At several points after I expressed the need for a reliable car to get to work he told me I could take my car back and schedule a appointment. Eventually I was told that they didn't really know what was wrong but they replaced a wire that had caused the same issue in other cars. A month or so later I was back with the same issue and had a much better experience. My service advisor Moses walked me through step by step and never made me feel stupid or like I was wasting his time I will be making all further appointments with him. More
