Job Incomplete I was told over the phone priort to bringing my car in that it would not take long to get my oil changed. Once I got there the service advisor told m I was told over the phone priort to bringing my car in that it would not take long to get my oil changed. Once I got there the service advisor told me that it would take a couple of hours in which it did. Secondly, the service report showed that my fluids were topped off. I got home later that day, checked my fluid levels and saw where my brake fluid was low, barely at the minimum mark. The service report indicated that fluid was added, but it wasn't. It's been over a week now and the brake fluid level is full therefore indicating that there is no leak. Not understanding why the service tech didn't just add the fluid. Every time I bring my car to this service center I end up having to go back and do something that they indicated that they had already done, but did not. I think I will just start taking my car to a different service center. More

Service advisor was great But.. My service advisor Omar was very helpful and thorough and quick. My problem was that the tow truck company hired through Nissan gave me an estimated My service advisor Omar was very helpful and thorough and quick. My problem was that the tow truck company hired through Nissan gave me an estimated arrival of one hour and didn’t show up until 5 1/2 hours later. I believe they need to switch companies and who they hire out for the towing. More
