Poor Service I had an appointment for 9am to have the back window re-tinted due to prior issues and an oil change & tire rotation. I received a call at 12pm to let I had an appointment for 9am to have the back window re-tinted due to prior issues and an oil change & tire rotation. I received a call at 12pm to let me know that the tint was not acceptable by managers so had to be redone. At 4pm I called to check on the status-since I have not heard anything in 4 hours. I was told I would be called back and around 4:30pm I received a call and said my car was just then going back for the additional services. I was finally able to pick the car up at 5:30pm. Upon driving back home the washer fluid indicator came on-which tells me that it was not filled or checked during the oil change. Due to work I have not been able to take this back My roommate had similar problems this year with service More

Brake Replacement and sensor analysis My breaks were replaced and my GPS screen was not changing color from dark to light quickly enough. Breaks were done and SUV drives smoothly. Could not be worse even if they tried. They have had my car 2 weeks today. I had 4 things that needed to be done on a new car with 4000 miles...oil change, mud flap replaced, something drag They have had my car 2 weeks today. I had 4 things that needed to be done on a new car with 4000 miles...oil change, mud flap replaced, something dragging under the vehicle when I backed out of the driveway, and the glove box doesn’t close properly. I found out 3 days ago the glove box part was on national back order...so it took almost two weeks to find that out. I asked if the other 3 items had been completed. They acted as if I were insane...although each time they called me I asked about those things. More
