Carlos Martinez is my service advisor. He provides outstanding customer service. He is prompt in responding to me and keeping me up to date on the status no matter what the service is being done. He explains everything in a simple way that I understand and discusses with me my options. He is not a pushy at all. . I trust him and I appreciate him. I have also worked with Juan Hernandez a couple of months ago. I called in a panic because Of an issue I was having and he was able to calm me down and helped me thru it. Once I brought the car in he assisted me with the major service I needed and helped me to understand how my warranty worked. Again, put things in simple terms so I could understand and did what was best for me. All three of these individuals put the customer first. Signed, loyal customer. More

Fast and Open Process I emailed the sales guy, Chad Cowling, with a pic of the car I saw on their website. It seemed to be "too good to be true" deal and he let me know im I emailed the sales guy, Chad Cowling, with a pic of the car I saw on their website. It seemed to be "too good to be true" deal and he let me know immediately that the car had some hail damage. He took pics of the damage and sent to my phone. We still wanted to proceed so we checked out the car. He gave us the final price, which included another $500 for dealership loyalty because this is the four car we have purchased from them. I came in and signed the papers and we drove off in 30 minutes time, with a full tank of gas. More

Calos also was able to help me meet expectations for my appointment get me in-and-out in less than 2 hours and advised of any recalls that may have been needed very good employee very straightforward and he also help me out with quotes on my vehicle . He did not pressure me into any service but educated me on those items. More

They didn’t try to confuse us by throwing all kinds of numbers at us. Caleb, the manager, was very professional. He came out to talk to us after we bought the SUV. After we bought our SUV my daughter came up while we were there and purchased one, too. I would recommend them because they were all very professional, easy to work with, friendly, and helpful.
