Woman taken advantage of BEWARE: Ladies, if you have a service appointment (EVEN IF IT'S JUST AN OIL CHANGE) bring your man, dad, brother etc to come with you to double check. I have a dozen FREE oil changes included with my warranty. I came here for a standard FREE oil change and tire rotation (which I have gotten before at the Collins location) and I ended up having a horrible experience. When I first dropped the car off, the staff was friendly and kind. They told me I could go ahead and leave because the oil change was going to take a while. I left. I took the car at noon (I had an appointment which I was 45 minutes early to), and the car was not ready until 5:45pm! When I go in with my husband to pay, i was told I owe over $65. I had agreed to have them replace my air filter, which i normally do that is usually never over $10. My husband threw a fit. He couldn't believe they charged $60 for it. The service adviser left and went to talk to the parts adviser. They took the air filter price off, but I still owed $50. They said it was because my LITTLE car took over a quart of oil. Which is why there was still a balance. That is NOT right. I don't know if it's because this Don Davis does business like that, but the DODGE DON DAVIS on Collins did not do any of this nonsense. I only share this because I don't want other women to be taken advantage of. Don't be shy or embarrassed to ask how much it will cost BEFORE you sign. Or if they charge extra for extra oil. I'm upset and disappointed. More

I will never bring my vehicle there again I guess we can start with my wife's Altima from back in May when we were supposed to get a new tire for a road trip to El Paso. Come to find it was never changed but even worse it start leaking again dramatically while we were 8-9 hours from home with only that car to get us there. But that's not the most recent visit. This visit was two weeks ago on the 4th. I dropped my truck off at 9 that morning expecting that I would be able to have it back the next day for my birthday celebration only to find that they hadn't even pulled it into the bay throughout that entire day. Two days later I call back again, since them calling me and keeping me updated in any fashion wasn't happening, and they tell me it's in the bay and their best tech was on it and I should have it back that day. This is the 6th by that point, my wife's birthday, and I still had no vehicle or diagnosis. I go to this dealership and ask again what the status was to be presented with the same answer, in the bay, best tech. ect. If there is one thing I don't like, it's being lied to. I knew for a fact it was not in the bay and there was not anyone looking at it because I already spotted it sitting in the very back of the parking lot gathering dust. Come to find nothing was done, not even the recalls I was told about. Never again. I will never trust my vehicle there again. More
