Carlos Martinez is my service advisor. He provides outstanding customer service. He is prompt in responding to me and keeping me up to date on the status no matter what the service is being done. He explains everything in a simple way that I understand and discusses with me my options. He is not a pushy at all. . I trust him and I appreciate him. I have also worked with Juan Hernandez a couple of months ago. I called in a panic because Of an issue I was having and he was able to calm me down and helped me thru it. Once I brought the car in he assisted me with the major service I needed and helped me to understand how my warranty worked. Fast and Open Process I emailed the sales guy, Chad Cowling, with a pic of the car I saw on their website. It seemed to be "too good to be true" deal and he let me know im I emailed the sales guy, Chad Cowling, with a pic of the car I saw on their website. It seemed to be "too good to be true" deal and he let me know immediately that the car had some hail damage. He took pics of the damage and sent to my phone. We still wanted to proceed so we checked out the car. He gave us the final price, which included another $500 for dealership loyalty because this is the four car we have purchased from them. I came in and signed the papers and we drove off in 30 minutes time, with a full tank of gas. More
