Service advisor was great But.. My service advisor Omar was very helpful and thorough and quick. My problem was that the tow truck company hired through Nissan gave me an estimated My service advisor Omar was very helpful and thorough and quick. My problem was that the tow truck company hired through Nissan gave me an estimated arrival of one hour and didn’t show up until 5 1/2 hours later. I believe they need to switch companies and who they hire out for the towing. More

1st Vehicle Purchase! All you hear is horror stories about going into a car dealership. Well this was my first one ever, well the first one I’ve ever been to for my self. O All you hear is horror stories about going into a car dealership. Well this was my first one ever, well the first one I’ve ever been to for my self. Originally the truck I really wanted was at another dealership so I went there first & of course I got that “we just sold it” speech. So I was already in a mood. The 2nd truck was the one at Don Davis Nissan, not my first choice but whatever. I called to see if it was there. DERRICK called me right back & asked if he should pull it around for me. so me & my buddy showed up & yup, there she was pulled up to the front. so DERRICK came out & showed us the truck & I fell in love. it being my 1st time ever I was kinda scared about getting approved or what not but DERRICK was outstanding. Coolest guy ever. Now I got a big truck & I love it. If you go there just ask for DERRICK BANEY. TYRONE in finance was a stud too. dude knew his stuff. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Don Davis. More

Waited four hours just to get oil change, tire rotation The service advisor took the time and explained things and I was expecting a good result but what I got in the end was two of the four requested jobs The service advisor took the time and explained things and I was expecting a good result but what I got in the end was two of the four requested jobs completed after four hours of wait time and a 15-20 minute wait to receive my keys. I love my 2018 Altima but this dealership has a lot to learn about servicing it. More
