He's a keeper! My experience at this Nissan location was nothing short of perfect. I was very close to getting a car from Toyota, but went to this location to say I My experience at this Nissan location was nothing short of perfect. I was very close to getting a car from Toyota, but went to this location to say I gave Nissan a chance. I originally just wanted to see the interior of a few cars and leave- however the Customer Service I received as soon as I came in didn't allow me to do so. Freeman immediately greeted us with a smile, grabbed keys quickly and was very knowledgeable on what was on the lot. Even once I got ready to leave (wanted to think over the decision between my Maxima and the Toyota vehicle I was looking at) he made sure the manager came by to speak with us- this is huge. It gave me reassurance that they took good care of their customers and valued relationships. I wasn't planning on being in the car market right now, but since I've been in sales for years I ALWAYS try to stick with the motto "people buy from who they like". Freeman gave such a lasting impression, I chose to buy from him & John, instead of car salesmen I've known for years. I had a lot of questions and spent hours here, and not once did they make me feel like I was annoying them or an inconvenience. Later on in the evening, I found out Freeman is fairly new to Nissan- I want to make sure EVERYONE understands how great of an employee he is and a true asset to your team. Ricky in Finance was extremely nice as well and a pleasure to work with. Last but not least, thank you so very much to John- you showed excellent managerial skills and made my experience even better than it already was.
