Started rough/finished good I went in for a pre-purchase inspection. The inspection came back with several warnings and recommendations. I had a independent company do part of t I went in for a pre-purchase inspection. The inspection came back with several warnings and recommendations. I had a independent company do part of the inspection again. The 2 inspections were vastly different. I replied to a "how did we do" kinda email from the dealership. Toni Wiley, from the dealership reached out to ask about my original review. They asked me to come back to look at the warnings and issues again. They offered to refund my cost of the inspection from before and if needed give me a rental or transportation while my car was being re-inspected by their technicians. I had other work that I had to have done, part of the recommended and part issue I had found, so this worked out. Jose Gonzales, a service manager, met me at the service bay , apologized and spoke with me about things and took care of getting things rolling with out issues. Didn't see Toni this trip , but thats ok. Her leg work and calls got the ball rolling and headed greatly. Anthony Sanchez was my contact for the visit, he was awesome. Kept me informed with everything that was happening and what they had found out in the current inspection. He was my go to go for the entire visit, stayed in touch with me over the 3 day visit. Anthony was awesome. Overall, they screwed up in the beginning (service tech) but they did do what they could to make it right. I ended up getting my money back and a free rental for the 3 days while the car was being worked on. As far as a recommendation for service there, well its a tough call. The people I had to deal with after the fact were great. BUT you shouldn't have to do that. ITS a 50/50 for me at this point. Dealerships can be hard to work with no matter who they might be. They did great on the backend of everything but it should have been great on the front end. More
