They got it done quickly like I remembered but when other services were identified they politely declined my request for the additional services citing the age of the vehicle. I was disappointed and tried to understand but when picking the vehicle up it was determined the over drive button was not working and had to be held in to print over revving the engine while driving. Again the age of the vehicle was cited as to why it broke, even though it worked when the vehicle was brought in for service. I did buy the vehicle from them some time ago and again was disappointed that my older vehicle was not worthy for the excellent service that has always provided in the past. More

Easy and Hassle Free My husband and I went all over the metroplex looking for a car. After an exhausting time at other dealerships, we were back in Arlington. We made one last stop at Don Davis and met Robert, our sales person. He showed us what was available. We decide on a Rogue. From that point forward, it was a breeze for the most part. He was very customer centric and made the process painless which was what we were needed. Too bad we didn't stop there first. More

Poor Business 1) Did not inform me the vehicle had hale damage until I was at the dealership. 2) Would not accept a personnel check. Ok but don't wait for oil change and tire rotation. I was scheduled for a 2:00 p.m. oil change and tire rotation which is a 30 to 45 minute job took 2.5 hours. I was told when purchasing the Frontier a I was scheduled for a 2:00 p.m. oil change and tire rotation which is a 30 to 45 minute job took 2.5 hours. I was told when purchasing the Frontier and the oil change tire rotation policy that they always keep openings so I can just bring in vehicle and wait for it. More
