Mediocre I paid for a diagnostic of a vibration at 75mph and a noise at start up. Only the start up noise was addressed. My advisor didn’t know what was going on with my car and failed to return my call for 3 days till i was forced to lose time from work to come up to the dealership. I then waited for him to finish helping another customer only to observe him hitting on the lady. I began growing irritated since he made eye contact many times but acted as if my service wasn’t a priority..only reason for two stars is for speed of repair and for the other service advisor stepping in to take care of me. Her name is Deborah and when I approached her to congratulate her for being in this field she told me that Don Davis was giving her a great opportunity. I was very happy to see that women are getting to be a mechanics just like men and they are being respected for what they know.
