Miserable experience Was charged $1,000 to repair my headlights and was assured the issue was resolved. I thought the repair charges were outrageous and to have the headlights fail the day I picked up the car and was assured the repairs had been done is a deal breaker. I will never bring my vehicle to this dealership again because I do not trust the integrity of the service department. More

Very Disappointed I’ve purchased cars from don Davis before and had no issues. I recently purchased a car and was promised that everything would be taken care of since I’ve purchased cars from don Davis before and had no issues. I recently purchased a car and was promised that everything would be taken care of since I was not able to physically see the car before I purchased it. Well, I wish I would’ve get that in writing because they did not fix all the issues I found with my car the next day once I say it. Later I found out that the front bumper is leaning and almost falling off. It was supposed to be a certified used car and I am not happy with how things transpired. I should have waited and went somewhere else. The customer service from Mo was excellent although the rest of the experience was horrible.!! More
