Easy and Hassle Free My husband and I went all over the metroplex looking for a car. After an exhausting time at other dealerships, we were back in Arlington. We made one last stop at Don Davis and met Robert, our sales person. He showed us what was available. We decide on a Rogue. From that point forward, it was a breeze for the most part. Older Nissan Took my older Nissan vehicle in for emergency service. They got it done quickly like I remembered but when other services were identified they polite Took my older Nissan vehicle in for emergency service. They got it done quickly like I remembered but when other services were identified they politely declined my request for the additional services citing the age of the vehicle. I was disappointed and tried to understand but when picking the vehicle up it was determined the over drive button was not working and had to be held in to print over revving the engine while driving. Again the age of the vehicle was cited as to why it broke, even though it worked when the vehicle was brought in for service. I did buy the vehicle from them some time ago and again was disappointed that my older vehicle was not worthy for the excellent service that has always provided in the past. More

Mediocre I paid for a diagnostic of a vibration at 75mph and a noise at start up. Only the start up noise was addressed. My advisor didn’t know what was going on with my car and failed to return my call for 3 days till i was forced to lose time from work to come up to the dealership. I then waited for him to finish helping another customer only to observe him hitting on the lady. I began growing irritated since he made eye contact many times but acted as if my service wasn’t a priority..only reason for two stars is for speed of repair and for the other service advisor stepping in to take care of me. More
