Prompt and Friendly. Brought in my LEAF for it's 75,000 mile checkup. Scheduled the appointment online (Very Easy). Drop of was quick (less than 5 minutes). Received an email with the results of the health check and let me choose which services I wanted performed (Nice interface but I want to see a list of all the services instead of just one at a time). Service was completed in a couple of hours (Quicker than I expected). Picked up the car right after lunch (Another Hassle Free Friday). On the downside, I wished they still washed the car after the service. Most Dealer Service departments still do this. More

avoid service dept I understand service dept can become busy but 3 hours later is RIDICULOUS! Checked in at 3:45 checked out 6:59pm. I wasn't the only one waiting for this length of time. I noticed 4 other customers there upon my arrival and when I went to check on my vehicle they were still there. Not one time did anyone come check on me nor come give me an update on my vehicle like the others customers received ( I wish I knew the name of the employee to give him a great rating). While waiting my salesman from last year noticed me and stopped to chat..Thank you Mr. Marvin Miller. I was fed up with them saying they are pulling up my invoices still waiting 15 more minutes I just requested to give me my keys and I don't have a charge due to buying the package. More
