Transmission problem We had brought the car in, this for the 3rd time about transmission problems, service manager blaming me for not servicing transmission for the failu We had brought the car in, this for the 3rd time about transmission problems, service manager blaming me for not servicing transmission for the failure, after the 3rd time the drive train( transmission) was out of warranty at 75k miles, 1st 2 times it was in warranty but found no problems, I normally change tranny fluid between 75k -100k miles on all my cars. Two things will never buy another Nissan and , will never buy a car from Don Davis. More

Very slow 1 hour oil change They say they have competitive rates , they are always 2 times more expensive sometimes. For parts love 4 times higher. Personable but work over loaded Received prompt attention and advised tire repair takes 1.5 hours. Arrived 2 hours later had tp wait another hour for the car. Because of the delay the repair charge was dropped. Patch was bad and had to return for a redo of the repair at no cost. Looks like front Service Representatives do a good job but Serviceman rushed the job. Lost 2 half days plus 3 trips to dealership and back.. More

Great Service and polite people! I have been a repeat customer of Don Davis for 11 years and 9 cars. I have shopped and had vehicles serviced at all locations. Each time, until comin I have been a repeat customer of Don Davis for 11 years and 9 cars. I have shopped and had vehicles serviced at all locations. Each time, until coming to Don Davis Nissan Service Department I would get angry by incompetence, however at Nissan they are the best!! I have never been talked to in a less than respectful manner from anyone there. They have won my repeat service and ANY possible vehicle sales in the future. She called me on my phone even though I told her that I was waiting in the lobby for my My service consultant, Deborah, could have been more personal. She called me on my phone even though I told her that I was waiting in the lobby for my car. She did not seem to be very knowledgeable about my service schedule if the Nissans. She gave me an incorrect total at the end that had to be adjusted since I already paid for the service when I purchased my car last year. In conclusion, I looked for my car for 10 minutes at the end. No one could tell me where it was parked after the service was completed. It was busy. She had no "follow through." I've had better customer service in the past. More

No ! I had made the appointment for that day for a reason. I elected to have them drive me home ( 5 minutes away ) which took about thirty minutes. The inspection was done as scheduled along with an oil change. I had my wife take me back to pick my car up. More
