Terrible Experience! Went to Don Davis Nissan to get my oil changed (paid to have oil changes on my car up to 40,000 miles) and to have my doors checked because they are n Went to Don Davis Nissan to get my oil changed (paid to have oil changes on my car up to 40,000 miles) and to have my doors checked because they are not locking/unlocking with the key FOB. I originally reported this problem back in November 2017 when my car was still under the 35,000-mile warranty. I was informed that because my vehicle was no longer under warranty, I would have to pay $1500 to have my car doors repaired. Naturally, I declined to have my doors repaired and went in the next day to pick my vehicle. When I went to pick up my car, I discovered that Don Davis Nissan also failed to change my oil. Now I will have to pay to have my oil changed by another shop. I can't believe this is the treatment I get after purchasing 6 vehicles from Don Davis Nissan. I will never return to purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More

I was promised a free oil change on my next visit, so I figured why not. Buddy was very friendly and promised a better experience this time around, but when I came to pick up my vehicle my airbag light was on. When I noticed this. I turned back around and headed to the dealership. I was then greeted by Luis. I dropped the vehicle off and was later called and told that my truck is waiting on a part and couldn’t be fixed until Monday. I made it back to the lot to pick up the loaner vehicle and I was asked by Luis “how’s your day going”. I responded “Not Well because I cant get my vehicle back today”. He began to argue back and forth with me on how it wasn’t their fault that my airbag light came on because all they did was an oil change. At the end of the day The light wasnt on when I handed my vehicle over, but it was on when I got it back. I really didn’t care why it was on I wanted it fixed without attitude from the service rep. I sat waiting on a loaner vehicle for 1 hour and 15 minutes before I was given a vehicle that was not comparable to the one that I had to leave at the lot over the weekend. I drive an armada and was given a rogue that I could barely fit into due to my height. My entire Friday was spent dealing with a vehicle that only needed an oil change. The people that works in this department have no consideration of your time. I would NEVER visit this lot again. More
