Vehicle running bad I called Don Davis and requested Service Dept. Mr.Chris Vasquez answered my call; I explained, my vehicle is running bad and the engine service light I called Don Davis and requested Service Dept. Mr.Chris Vasquez answered my call; I explained, my vehicle is running bad and the engine service light is on. Mr. Vasquez indicated options for service and inform me to bring the vehicle in for service. I did, and I met Mr. Vasquez and we discussed detail options to resolve the problem, and later Mr. Vasquez call to inform me about the problem and parts needed. The issues was resolved within 8 hrs and Mr. Vasquez played an awesome role with the timeline and great customer service regarding my vehicle. Thank You Mr. Vasquez More

Too long of a wait. I made an appointment, yet still had to wait 3 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Even though I bought the service package, I don’t know I made an appointment, yet still had to wait 3 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Even though I bought the service package, I don’t know if it is worth it, I would rather pay for an oil change than suffer that kind of wait again. I will hesitate to buy the service package on my next car. If you are going to have appointments, than the car should be worked on at the time of the appointment. If that is not feasible, than I should have been notified and given the option to reschedule. More
