Went it to test drive the Rogue, that was not what I wanted. Test drove the Murano and fell in love ! The one I test drove was not the color I wanted so Tyrone found the exact one I wanted with all the bells and whistles. No game playing at the end like most dealerships (I seriously appreciate that). Not a satisfied customer Visit was a recall. We called in advance to schedule and check length of time. We were told half a day. This is important to us because this servic Visit was a recall. Calls were not returned to the driver of the van or our office representative who also called. When we never got a returned call from Chris, we then would call the main number. An answer for time was not given. Van was dropped off at schedule time 8:00 am, but not returned until the next day. DK/RF More
