Best Service I have ever gotten!!!! I went to the dealership just to get an oil change, and ended up with so much more. Best customer service I have ever gotten. My service associate Chr I went to the dealership just to get an oil change, and ended up with so much more. Best customer service I have ever gotten. My service associate Chris Vasquez took such great care of me. He found out that I had an extended warranty on my car that covered the cost of replacing my front struts. I had no idea I even had that coverage. So instead of costing me thousands of dollars out of pocket it only cost me a small deductible. Also I was given a ride home and was picked up once my car was ready. My only suggestion would be to offer a quick detail of the cars maybe clean the windshields and vacuum inside. I usually go to a different location for my oil changes and they always clean my windows, mirrors and vacuum the inside. if you added this I would be your life long customer. other than that the service was amazing.. Need my left blinker replaced My experience was okay. I took my Nissan Maxima in to have the left blinker replaced. I was VERY disappointed that it cost $265 to replace the light b My experience was okay. I took my Nissan Maxima in to have the left blinker replaced. I was VERY disappointed that it cost $265 to replace the light bulb. I find it peculiar that it was engineered so that the entire front bumper would have to be removed to change the light bulb. I really like the Maxima, but issues like that will probably make me think twice about buying another one.
