Not professional at all to schedule an appointment and then not show without a call or a text. Especially after driving an hour and half in traffic to make the appointment. Luckily Derrick took the ball and ran for a touch down. Derrick was friendly and helpful. We were looking at used trucks for my son's first ownership experience. After looking at what we had in mind and talking things over, Derrick was able to show my son a brand new Nissan Titan that he fell in love with. It fits not only him but his personality. Derrick helped the process and we got an excellent deal on a fantastic truck that will last my son for years to come. Great job Derrick. Keep up the good work.
