Sales I visited the dealership last year with my daughter and she purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima. I liked hers so I went this year for myself. She immediately made her services known and we went from there. She asked what it was I was in the market for and I told her some of my possibilities. She got the keys to several options and we looked at all that I was interested in. The last one was a 2015 Altima, just right for me. I had researched the Don Davis used car sight the day before and saw it. I loved it, we processed paperwork and she put me in my car. I want to say thank you to Shalon, you got the know how and you are very patient. Everyone during the process made me feel like I picked the right dealership. Thank you to Shalon, her manager, and Mr. Lacy for all your help. My old dealership Westway Ford, lost out because I was a two time car buyer with them and for me, when you fail to treat customers right, then they take their business elsewhere. Excellent customer service Marc Presswood is my service advisor for many years now. Always do above and beyond every time I take my car in for service. Also, what impress me the most is the service manager (Deleon). I always see him directing traffic and who's always outside at the drop off area with his crew making sure all customers are greeted as soon as they get out their cars as they come in. Spoke with him a few times, asking me if I've seen my service advisor already. If my service advisor is busy at the moment, he would ask one of his available service advisors to help me. I would recommend this dealership service center to everyone. More

He was very helpful and made sure I was satisfied with what I was getting. But within 2 weeks my new truck was in the service department for repairs to the heating system. I was helped with respect and honesty from Jose. I drove my truck a bit longer then it overheated. I called Nissan and told them about my problem, I had it towed back to Don Davis. The service man Austin was very helpful and notified me that my truck had a server issue. He then contacted the sales department for me, which Wade Smith was the one I went straight to knowing he would help me and I trust him as my sells man. He worked quickly and brought ease to my family by talking us through everything that was going on. I will be back to Don Davis to buy my vehicles, they were honest and showed that they really care about their customers. They decided to take my first truck as a trade in so I wouldn't be in debt with it, then helped me get into a better truck that I love even more than the first one!!! Came in to trade in my 2009 dodge journey I thought the dealership was very nice and everyone was very friendly. Ngozi was very helpful from the beginning and answered all my calls and questions in a very timely manner. He was very professinal and so sweet.He even came in on his day off to close the deal. However one of his managers named Josue was quite the opposite.it was very difficult to get ahold of him and honestly he just seemed way to busy to help me out, it was alittle bit frustrating but I'm sure he was just busy. The only bad thing I can say is that I was told I could hold off my first payment for 90 days and then when I got into the finance office they told me 45 days... that was a bummer and I didn't appreciate that. More
