Great experience all around I called Sales Rep Jeff Brubaker and informed him about a car I was interested in at a different location. Josue Saucedo was the fastest t I contacted several Nissan dealerships in Texas and Oklahoma to give me their lowest price for the 2017 Nissan Rogue. Josue Saucedo was the fastest to respond and provided the lowest price of all the dealerships. This is the first vehicle that we have purchased through text messaging! He went above and beyond to help us get what we wanted. When my wife and I had trouble finding the time to go to the dealership, he offered to deliver the car to our home. We took him up on his offer and he delivered the car to our home 90 miles away. More

Driving with a smile! Spent most of the day looking for a NEW car on several lots when I realized how much I LOVE my Murano ...so we ate dinner and stopped into the Don Dav Spent most of the day looking for a NEW car on several lots when I realized how much I LOVE my Murano ...so we ate dinner and stopped into the Don Davis Nissan used car lot (hoping for a good deal after new car sticker shock)... just too LOOK! Jeff Brubaker walked out and kindly introduced himself and let us browse without sales "pressure". Given the late evening hour I am sure he hoped we were "browsers" but when I spied the Pearly 2014 Murano at 8PM, I was satisfied that I had found my car! A test drive confirmed it. I wanted to keep my payments manageable and after negotiating for a bit over my old car, we arrived at a deal. Jeff sold me the Murano in record time and followed up with me a few days later to see if I still liked it! I purchased my 3rd Murano so I already knew a lot about the car, but Jeff made sure I was programed into my newer car before I left the lot. It is a pleasure buying a car with almost the same effort put into buying a new pair of shoes! I immediately sensed that there was just more than a salesman trying to get our money to make a deal. Shawn was professional, polite, personable, and patient. I know, a lot of "p's" Seriously, it was the best buying experience in our lifetime, and I can say that my wife and I have bought over 20 new vehicles in 45 years. The place was immaculate and every staff member that I met were extremely courteous. If I do decide to replace my diesel pickup, I know the first call I will make. Dream Team I accompanied my niece to Don Davis to purchase a new vehicle. She was extremely nervous and hesitant about the entire buying process. Mr. John Diggs I accompanied my niece to Don Davis to purchase a new vehicle. She was extremely nervous and hesitant about the entire buying process. Mr. John Diggs and Paul Molett immediately calmed those nerves. We were greeted promptly with a smile. We were not hounded at the entrance like most dealerships and was made to feel very welcomed. We all instantly clicked. My niece was very specific about what she wanted and how much she wanted to pay for it. Paul genuinely listened to her wants and needs and made it happen. Paul explained everything she needed to know about her Maxima. Paul also listened as I made several hints throughout the evening stating that I wanted the Nissan Murano. He made sure he provided my niece with everything she needed then said OK lets get you your Murano. Who wouldn't want to purchase a car from this guy???? After much deliberation, indecisiveness, stressing everyone out and two long nights at the dealership, I drove off with my Murano. Paul is a great salesman. My 5 year old even loved him and he doesn't like too many people lol. The entire process was great, sales, finance and delivery was a wonderful experience. Upon arrival at Don Nissan, I was greeted promptly with smiles and personality for days from the Sales Manager John and shortly thereafter Paul. Paul Molett was nothing short of AMAZING. He took all the anxiety out of the car buying process. We spoke about my budget and my vehicle preferences and he made sure I drove away with my ideal car all while staying within budget. Long story short, this gentleman was awesome to work with. He's very knowledgeable and adamant about serving his customers to the best of his abilities which I have the utmost respect for. More
