Our sales rep Byron was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. He was very patience and helped us find the answers that we were looking for. However, there was a confusion between the sales manager and us about the leasing and financing option, but the sales director and manager both took the initiative and honored the price that we had agreed on, so I would like to thank both sales manager and director for doing that. Other than that, it was pretty smooth buying experience. Finance manager Stephen was helpful as well, we had little hiccup with our third car in terms of financing which was for my in-law, but he managed to get it to work. Not very chatty, but he gets the job done if he says he can. Overall, a great experience and a huge inventory to choose from. I highly recommend this dealership and if you are going there, go see Byron, trust me he has the greatest demeanor with people. Very down to earth guy with respectable manners. More

Relaxed and personal buying experience. I had been thinking about trading my car in for months, and then while trying to kill time while another car was being serviced down the road, i decid I had been thinking about trading my car in for months, and then while trying to kill time while another car was being serviced down the road, i decided to stop in for a closer look at the Nissan Juke which had caught my fancy for the past month. I didn't plan on taking anyones time as i was just going to walk the lot myself, but ran into a rep who immediately showed my the juke and didnt push me into buying it or anything else. He was personable, and easy to talk to as he felt me out for what i felt was key in my next vehicle. He then showed me a Rogue and a few others until we narrowed down what best fit my needs. Then Nigozi offered further assistance after a few test drives. Before ever running my credit or filling out any paperwork we discussed price ranges, and i felt as though all my needs were truly considered. He and the finance department worked extremely hard to get me the best deal possible and I walked out of there with a brand new Rogue. I'm happy with the car and the service i was provided. The car was exactly what they said, whereas past dealers would show me one car with all the bells and whistles, then id go home in a version nix certain ammenities. I will most likely stick with Don Davis for many many years. Thank you all for your hard work! More
