Made it Right! Most people dread going through the process of buying a new car like I do. Some salesmen push you into a car just because they want to sell a vehicle, Most people dread going through the process of buying a new car like I do. Some salesmen push you into a car just because they want to sell a vehicle, some really care about you as a costumer. See relationships matter because anyone can sell a car, but not many can sell a car and make a friend. There are many places to purchase a car, but when there is a particular person that you can trust on a great experience you come back to the same place because you are confident that you will get the best. Jeff Brubaker, for example: he let me test drive many vehicles and kept showing me cars until I felt comfortable on what I was getting. He almost sold me a Altima but he knew that I wasn't that excited about it so he showed me more cars similiar to the one I had. Even if it took him all day to find the car he didn't give up on trying to put me in something that I loved not liked. Almost two weeks from my new purchase he still checks on me regarding on how the vehicle is working for me. Now that's someone who cares! With that said he didn't see me as a number, he saw me as a long term customer. For that reason, I highly recommend Jeff Brubaker as your next salesman! Best experience of the lot Before stepping into this dealership I was in 2 others which were fairly big in the Dallas region. I was disappointed in the quality of used car salesman despite their publicity. Their responses were vague and practically useless. One of them doesn't even know how to navigate his dealership's web site! Jeff Brubaker from Don Davis spent time to introduce me to the Nissan models that will fit my driving expectations, test driving the Juke and Rogue for validation. We settled on a car that was just traded in. The car was pending certification and detailing. I had rented a car for only that day, and Jeff saw to it that I had a vehicle to get around while my car was getting ready, at no extra charge. I liked the open conversations with Jeff. His services to ensure minimal inconveniences to my mobility was much appreciated. He was sensitive to my time spent at the dealership, which ended up past dinner. This is the no-hassle experience everyone should expect (which unfortunately is not common). If you are to visit this dealership, Jeff will make sure your experience is nothing less than mine.
