OUTSTANDING Customer Service! I contacted the dealership VIA Internet email about a very specific car. I received the dealership quote back in just under an hour as well as a vide I contacted the dealership VIA Internet email about a very specific car. I received the dealership quote back in just under an hour as well as a video of the car with its features. I agreed to the price of the car in a few minutes (again, all email). At that point we talked by phone and finalized all of the information I needed to provide them (again, photos of check, TDL, insurance...ALL done by TEXT or EMAIL). I live in Porter, just northeast of Houston...They offered to fly me to Dallas and pick me up from the airport OR drive the car to my door. I opted for "door" service and my car was delivered to me in less than 48 hours from my initial contact...Now that's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE! More

Very helpful We came in right before closing and they stayed open late to help us. The manager was quick to come over and took our list of cars we were looking at then shortly came back to let us know if they were available or not.
