Amazing Experience! I had been to almost every dealership in DFW and had walked out of almost every one upset and angry. When I made it to Don Davis Nissan, I didn't beli I had been to almost every dealership in DFW and had walked out of almost every one upset and angry. When I made it to Don Davis Nissan, I didn't believe there was an honest car salesperson or dealership around. In my opinion, everyone of them were pushy, dishonest and played games. I just don't have the time or patience for that! Brandon promptly greeted me and I promptly let him know what I thought about my experiences thus far. He assured me he would change my perception and that his goal was to EARN my business, and he did exactly that. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He actually LISTENED to what I had to say. Never once did Brandon attempt to get pushy when my answer was "no" and never once attempted to play games. He made the process quick, easy and painless. Every person I interacted with at the dealership, from sales to service to finance, was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. I drive past Don Davis Nissan every day, and so decided to stop in and test drive a new Armada. We have had great experiences in the past with this dealership on both purchases and service. Brandon met us outside and listened to what we wanted, and found the exact model on the lot. He explained all the features and was very knowledgeable on the vehicle. We test drove it, and decided that if the price was right, we wanted to buy. Brandon was very considerate, asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood our needs, and made the deal!
