With the persistence and professionalism of Ngozi and Josue, we sealed the deal on a 2016 Nissan Murano that was displayed on the showroom floor! Ngozi and Josue were very patient with my stubborn U.S. Army Retired husband, and the fact that they were able to earn his trust in purchasing from a Don Davis dealership again left me speechless (in a good way). After the contract was negotiated, Richard Pool wrapped up everything and got us on our way. After my accident I immediately knew I wanted another Nissan I'm so happy with my new car and my experience with Ngozi and the other Don Davis Nissan. When I visited the dealership last Monday to check out a few models, Ngozi was happy to walk me through several different models even though he was literally walking on his way out. He even answered my call late Friday evening and early Monday morning! It's this kind of service that keeps me coming back. Javier Alvarado in finance was a great help also. I am writing this excellent review about Sales Consultant "HOMER SANDERS" Mr. Sanders, took his time with my girlfriends and I about the Niassian Rou I am writing this excellent review about Sales Consultant "HOMER SANDERS" Mr. Sanders, took his time with my girlfriends and I about the Niassian Rouge and the different types of niassian's and the history behind them. Mr. Sanders, explained everything in the Niassain Rouge, and showed us how it worked. We even took the Rouge, out for a test driver.He is not pushy,or aggressive like most but he is very detailed in thought, customer service skills, caring about the customer and the buget that you can offered. He worked with in my means of payments, so i would not get in over my head, and yet still become very happy with the out come of the sale. Don Davis, has an excellent safe that cares about people and their needs! Great job, Pearlie is very happy in her "new" home.
