Pathfinder of Happiness This last Saturday we had a great experience buying a new (Used) car. Usually it is a big hassle and you don't want to bother. But this was very diffe This last Saturday we had a great experience buying a new (Used) car. Usually it is a big hassle and you don't want to bother. But this was very different, and enjoyable, if you can believe it! We had just finished talking with folks at the Toyota Dealer, and they really want too much for their cars. So we said, let's just try one more and go to Don Davis Nissan in Arlington, we had a good experience there before. When we got there, it was different, there are usually a group of Sharks circiling waiting for victims, There was only Jeff Brubaker, and he asked what we wanted to see, Something with a 6 cylinder that can tow a trailer. We looked at a bunch, and saw a nice 4wd Path Finder, it was loaded and perfect for us. There was a minimum of small talk and we were able to agree on a price fairly quickly which was good, because by this time we were getting tired. It was no more than and hour from start to finish, or so it seemed. The best deal ever. Thanks Jeff!! More

I hate car shopping more than just about anything and A family friend recommended Don Davis to our family when we were searching for a new family car. I hate car shopping more than just about anything and we're in a financial situation where we really can't afford the kind of safe, reliable family vehicle that we need. So when we walked into Don Davis on our first visit, My expectations for an enjoyable experience and an acceptable outcome were incredibly low. From the outset, Khaled created a customer experience that exponentially exceeded my expectations. He worked hard over the span of 3-4 visits to provide us with as many different options to best suit our situation, while we slowly mulled over what to do. When the right car at the right price wasn't in stock, he communicated with his managers, Mr. Howard and Mr. Barlow, to find the perfect car to fit our needs. A few days later, he had more options for us. I can honestly say I wasn't expecting to get what we needed at a price we could afford, but Khaled and his management and financing team worked hard to make it happen for us, without ever making me feel pressured. Not once did I feel I had to argue or haggle. They were all always very patient, even when my three young children were running around like wild xxxxxxx in their beautiful, clean facility. They all treated us like family. The car we purchased was immaculately detailed and looked like new on the inside and out. The service department worked hard to quickly repair a few minor problems after we purchased it and other members of the sales team (Paul and John) stepped up to get us a loaner car during the repair process. Everyone we met treated us with dignity and respect and never pressured us. I'm actually a little sad now that the process is over, which is something totally unexpected, but it's because I'll miss seeing all the friendly Don Davis faces. Thank you, especially to Khaled. You are an outstanding and kind person and it was a great experience for my family to get to know you. You took such good care of us and we won't forget that anytime soon. More
