This was the worst service I've ever experienced at Don Davis. I had a 7:30 appointment I arrived about 7:25 I was told that it was approximately a 1 & 1/2 hour wait time. I sat for about a hour at 8:29 I ask my service representative what was the status of my 2015 Altima she advised me that there were 2 vehicles in front of me, I ask her so your talking about another 1 to 2 hours. I told her to bring my vehicle and I would have it serviced somewhere else which i did. My whole issue is I made an appointment, as good customer service I should have been updated and ask if i wanted to continue to wait. Worst service More
