I purchased a certified used car in Feb 2021 from Don Davis with a little over 12K miles. Not even two years later and with only 19k miles additionally driven I’ve gotten 3 tires in the past year less f Davis with a little over 12K miles. Not even two years later and with only 19k miles additionally driven I’ve gotten 3 tires in the past year less for my daughters vehicle that she has driven less than 12k miles on since they were purchased. We had the recommended rotation and alignments, and regular service all at Don Davis. We were told on our last visit that 2 of the tires are down to a 3 rating and that our last report that had them at a 6 was not accurate and a computer error, even though they were supposedly rotated on a previous visit we are told the same times are low from a previous visit which indicates the rotation I was charged for was not actually done. I spoke with The service manager and he basically said he could only offer to call Firestone and ask for a courtesy tire replacement. It has been over 2 weeks since that discussion, and in have yet to hear back from Don Davis on this matter. I’m highly disappointed considering we have only conducted business with this dealership from start to finish. I personally own an Infiniti and also got tires around the same time as my daughter and I drive a significantly increased amount of miles (like 2-3 times more per year) and my tires and still sitting at an 8. So I am absolutely flabbergasted at the speed at which these tires have worn out and then I’m told the cheaper tires would of been a better option and they had a warranty AFTER the wear and tear but not at the time when I was told they needed to be replaced less than a year ago. More

I had a 1:00 appointment. My advisor was not around and I sat for a while waiting until someone else helped me. Then we waited for 2 hours with no update until I finally went My advisor was not around and I sat for a while waiting until someone else helped me. Then we waited for 2 hours with no update until I finally went to go and ask. She was coming back from break and checked for me. We didn't leave until 3:45. So for an oil change, it took almost 3 hours with an appointment. I brought in my daughter's car as well and had a 1:30 appointment. So 2 oil change appointments took 2 1/2 hours. Also my brakes are clearly squeeling. They have been for a couple of months. They came back and said brakes were fine. I doubt they checked. The oil changes are now only $10 cheaper than a quick place like Take 5 where im in and out in 15-30 mins. Definitely not worth giving up 3 hours on my day off for $10. Not even an update. Also she didn't go over anything on my service report other than saying my brakes were good. It had a lot listed on there that I read later. More
