The girl at check out was unfriendly and incompetent. She could not find my paper work because she was too lazy to look for it. Instead she sent me to the service room to talk with my service advisor. An She could not find my paper work because she was too lazy to look for it. However, the service was ok. Although they did not discover that my passenger front tire mounting bolts was bent making the mounting area or disk wobbly. More

This is the slowest dealership to do a tire rotation and oil change. It took almost 4 hours to have it done and people who came after I did were seen before me.
