All this about contact us, so we can work this out (regarding the bait and switch tactic regarding the appraisal I was given for my trade-in vehicle) which dropped $5,000.00 from the lobby of the service center at the dealership, to when I was at the table about to buy a new car, is apparently just for show on here.
