Their service advisors are among the best I’ve ever dealt with, but the time spent there was ridiculous. I set an appointment for noon, arrived at 11:45 and left at 5:30. Left car on 9/8 (purchased 9/3) to have some items fixed that were identified when purchased. Picked up, at my insistence, on 9/10 because we wanted for the weekend. 5 items on the list, only 1 done. had that were identified when purchased.
