Was told to bring in the truck between 2:30-3:00. I was there at 2:20, waited in line until 2:30, truck was in the bay at 2:35, hood up. Replacing a warrantied washer nozzle that took me 10 minutes to remo there at 2:20, waited in line until 2:30, truck was in the bay at 2:35, hood up. Replacing a warrantied washer nozzle that took me 10 minutes to remove. At 3:30, I find a service manager, and ask for an update. At 3:35, mechanic pulls truck out of bay. At 3:40, the original service manager finds me and says, "Truck is almost done--just a few more minutes." At 4:00, I ask for another update. I am told, "I need to find the manager to ok this warranty." (Part was a $75 part that I offered to purchase and put it on myself, which would have taken less than 10 minutes.) I find my truck parked in the back lot. I returned to the front counter asking if I can take my truck. "Lemme find someone to go get it." Truck is finally delivered to me at 4:20---exactly 2 hours after I brought it in. "Free 27-point inspection" on the paperwork, but it states that "brakes and tires were not checked", which were the 1st 2 items listed when I called to ask what 27 items were checked in the "27-point inspection." Frustrated that I saw several techs and services managers walking around, but there was no rush to help or customer service(except for Omar Gonzalez--who was willing to help me find Mauricio Aquino) especially from the 2 individuals at the front counter (caucasian red-haired female and hispanic male with glasses.) Hats off to Gaby Romero, who I saw interact with other customers in a positive manner, and always seemed to be moving quickly and efficiently. After inspections, clips that had been removed to get to the nozzle were not re-installed. More

i went in to get a flat repaired. since it's under warranty for a year they just replaced the tire and i was done in less than an hour. they did not have the same tire that was on my rouge sport sv, s warranty for a year they just replaced the tire and i was done in less than an hour. they did not have the same tire that was on my rouge sport sv, so they Carlos checked with me about putting a different brand but same size tire in it's place. i'm happy and carlos was very professional, polite and informative ( i asked a few questions that he answered). Took my car in for an oil change, brake work and new tires. On my drive home back to Fort Worth I heard a strange knocking noise I’d never before. I thought it had gone away after being on the freeway f tires. On my drive home back to Fort Worth I heard a strange knocking noise I’d never before. I thought it had gone away after being on the freeway for a bit but when I close to home it had gotten worse and the car started to miss. I immediately called the dealership to set an appointment to back the morning. When I got there I quickly greeted by Rami and explained what happened, thinking maybe oil hadn’t been put back in or something. He got my car to a technician quickly and they redid the oil change and replaced the filter. Once that was done the noise had gone away. I’m thankful they took care of it so quickly but I fear what kind of secondary damage if any will be come up later. More
