I have now had my vehicle in your shop 4 separate times for the same issue and each time it has been released the issue still exists. Now it is in for the 5th time. The first time cost me $99 for diagnos for the same issue and each time it has been released the issue still exists. Now it is in for the 5th time. The first time cost me $99 for diagnostics for you to tell me it was out of calibration, but you could not fix it. The 3rd time it cost $450 to "fix" the problem, but it did not fix the problem at all. The 4th time you told me you found the problem and it was covered under warranty. Does that mean I get my $450 back since that first "fix" obviously wasn't the problem at all? No, you advisor said that $450 fix was needed as well. If it was the "fix", why did the same problem still exist afterwards? I have only heard negative stories about this dealership and no matter how hard I try to ignore them the service here continues to back them up. The service advisor has been very positive and helpful throughout all of this, but the service has been less than successful. More

I had to wait too long for service to be completed on my vehicle, other than that everything else went smooth. Rami was great! Very nice and professional from the time I got there until I left. He kept me updated on status and made me feel I was important. The only complaint I have is when making an appointment I got there until I left. He kept me updated on status and made me feel I was important. Waiting nearly 2 hours for an inspection is not reasonable and in a waiting room with another customer not wearing his mask. Especially when I made the appointment I stated I would be waiting, so I didn’t make other accommodations. More
The only negative thing I can say was I bought my car from that dealership & had it serviced there. You guys had my car for 2days just wish you guys could've gave me a loaner car or something to still ge from that dealership & had it serviced there.
