Don Davis Nissan - Service Center

it was a total disappointment from beginning to end. From setting up the appointment to getting to the dealership and to my vehicle being done. Operator handling appointments did not have any knowledge of ho setting up the appointment to getting to the dealership and to my vehicle being done. Operator handling appointments did not have any knowledge of how to put an appointment in the computer. I was lied about having to take my vehicle there for the first oil change. i was overcharged from what i was quoted. they did not even do a 45 point vehicle inspection which is standard at most dealerships doing service. A big disappointment all around. More
