Very, very slow service. I took my rogue for a state inspection wich i was promise will take 40 minutes and end up taking 2 hours, that's so unacceptable, i could be okay with I took my rogue for a state inspection wich i was promise will take 40 minutes and end up taking 2 hours, that's so unacceptable, i could be okay with maximun an hour but was not the case here. Unlike most service facilities, Luis has never tried to hard sell or up-sell any work at any time. He is focused on solving the issue you came in for first and foremost. Once that has been completed and only after that has been done, he will let you know you of any additional things that may be in need of repair and may be recommended by Nissan. He always thoroughly explains everything before letting "you" decide if you want any additional repairs to be done. Now that's the way its its supposed to be done and how you retain your customers! Always take care the customers stated problem first and foremost before "anything else is suggested or recommended. Because of Luis and my trust in his abilities, I will only go to Don Davis Nissan for service on all of my vehicles. More
