Disappointed I never complain as I am in the service industry and know how some customer can be. However the service department seems to be getting worse every vi I never complain as I am in the service industry and know how some customer can be. However the service department seems to be getting worse every visit. My wife takes her car for oil changes, and it seems every time I get hit up for some other maintenance that is needed. I know its called up-selling but you would think they would keep a record of the scam, I mean the extra services they provided. For example I've been told 3 visits in a row I need an alignment, wich I authorized the first time. I've been told my brake fluid was contaminated and needed flushing, mind you the car was bought brand new and at this point had less than 20k miles. The list goes on and on. Oh and all the supposedly needed services were usually $99.99 Today however top them all. After the oil change I looked under the hood to see what looked like 3 quarts of oil spilled all over the engine front grill. When I confronted the service technician he stated oh yeah it spilled from the oil filter. I replied and you didn't bother clean it up, were you just hoping no one would notice, he had no reply no answer. And dont try to complain to the Service Manager for he never came out and I was told he was to busy. It is now 2:00pm and no car, We brought the car in this morning at 7:30am. Not the way I wanted to spend my Saturday. More
Poor quality of work! I DO NOT trust them with my brakes! I have been a Nissan owner since 1980. My parents, brothers and sisters, my children drives Nissan. I owned a 2013 Juke Nismo, there’s nothing wrong I have been a Nissan owner since 1980. My parents, brothers and sisters, my children drives Nissan. I owned a 2013 Juke Nismo, there’s nothing wrong with my car but kept receiving this coupon for new brake pads discount and I decided to take my car to have brake pads replaced. Before I handle my key over to service agent I told him that my car is in excellent condition please take it for a drive test before performing work on it. 3 1/2 hours later service agent told me my car is ready to go... The total cost was $378.12 ..paid. I drove home but notice this irritated rubbing sound and that’s not all. When I press down on the brake paddle it makes you believe that you have already completed the brake but then press a little harder on the brake paddle it click and the brake paddle went down to the floor. I took it back to the shop 30 minutes later and the service agent took it for a drive and he agree that is not driving right. Two other service agents also took my car for a drive after that and they told me that’s nothing wrong with the work they just did. I told maybe my car being old!!!??? The service advisor said if I can bring car back later next week and will take look at something else. “Something else “??!!!! I don’t want them touch anything else but just fix my brake to normal! I told service advisor to go test out from other Nissan Jukes and get the feel of how the brake should be comparing to mine. He told me they don’t make any more Jukes and don’t have any to test or compare it with. Anyway...he only works there I guess.. he doesn’t know that the parking lot is half full of Jukes!??! By the way ...my car is still in the shop. This is really 😔 sad. ( please have different mechanic work on my brakes). I DO NOT trust this one. Thanks More

Waste of time Bought a ford F-150 from this dealership, the same day it broke down. I took it in the service department for them to tell me there’s nothing wrong with the truck. But a few days later the same issue happened again. Took it in again and i was told the same thing. But when i took it to get the truck inspected at another place they found the problem right away. The terminals we’re corroded Like i told my service advisor, but nothing was done. Highly disappointed and would not recommend. The service advisor was rude, and when he opened my door he dinged it against the wall. Didn’t even say sorry or anything. I repeat DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO GET SERVICED HERE. Sales was excellent However, they got me a rental and everything. Best salesman i ever dealt with More
First service on 2019 Murano Mark, went beyond just serving vehicle he help explain how to update and use the navigation application.
