Car Wash? Brought the car in for an oil filter chance and tire rotation. I also took advantage of my Caregard in the repair in a couple small dents. Price and customer service was great, but the car was returned dirty. Not only would I expect a car wash with service, I would expect the car to be at least as clean as when I brought it in. Service representative was awesome and polite. I didn't really notice then cleanliness of the car (windshield) until I was already on the road and heading home. More

Awful Service, LAST VISIT Service is awful. They sit and watch you wait for 10 mins while theyre talking and laughing before they come to check on you. My car was there for 5 h Service is awful. Complimentary Shuttle & nice waiting room. I had a lengthy visit to the dealership but since they offer a complimentary shuttle service, my day was not wasted. Too long of a wait for an oil change I made an appt for 1:30 and still had to wait 2.5 hrs on my only day off that y’all are open. Y’all should see how you can fix that. I over heard another person that made an appt say the exact same thing I was thinking. No one seemed like they were happy to be there and wait for hours. I also asked my car salesman if there was an option for him to have someone come get my car and get it done and Bring it back to me so I don’t have to wait so long. He said he would try but it didn’t happen. More
