Wait Time & Communication I got nothing done after declining service, and it still took me two hours before I got my car back. I declined the diagnostic service upon arrival, o I got nothing done after declining service, and it still took me two hours before I got my car back. I declined the diagnostic service upon arrival, only to be told my car car was undergoing diagnostic service and needed to be put back together. I was told that my paperwork wasn't ready at one point. Again, this is after I declined service after being given the price for the service I came in for. Why did it take another two hours for me to get my car back? More
