Not Happy With Service!!! I brought my vehicle in for regular maintenance, oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. After I got my car back, I realized that my tires were not I brought my vehicle in for regular maintenance, oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. After I got my car back, I realized that my tires were not rotated. I called them back and they said that they did the work. However, my front left tire has a dent in the wheel and I showed them that when I dropped the car off. The tire was in the same position after I got the car back. So, I had to make time out of my busy schedule to take the car back for tire rotation. I complained that I was not happy with the inconvenience and they never offered to make things right. They just apologized and sent me on my way. Not what I call great service. More

I was a bit disappointed to find out that the technology in the courtesy van has not bee Overall, the service advisers were very friendly and helpful. I was a bit disappointed to find out that the technology in the courtesy van has not been update for the last 6 to 8 years. On the way home the driver of the courtesy put my address into the company's GPS but the directions that it gave the driver was incorrect. My development is fairly new but the driver apologized and informed me that the GPS that he was using was not updated, so he had to take out his phone and use his personal GPS which is ridiculous to me. Why does Nissan ensure that the technology being used is not updated. Employees should not be using their personal equipment just to get updated driving directions when doing the company's job. More
