I do not believe that my auto was fixed, it is a break issues. There is a noise coming from the breaks when I am stopping at slow speeds. I was given a Service Bulletin that said that sound is normal. Really I have owned 34 auto in my life between my wife, my children and myself, Not one had that noise. Including my daughter 2016 Sentra. Same car Bought two months apart! Second issue, they keep telling me that I need to have new break fluid put into my Sentra! That there is dirt in the break fluid. Given that this is a closed system!! How did the dirt get into the break fluid. Again I have never heard of this, I have asked 20 people who own cars and not one said they were ever told that they had dirt in their break line. I am calling Don David Nissan on this one It is xxxxxxxxx or I have a major issue with my Sentra. More
Terrible Service Plus Service Gauging I took my 2017 Nissan Maxima into the Don Davis Nissan Service Center to fix the squeaky breaks, but when I picked it up, the breaks were still speaki I took my 2017 Nissan Maxima into the Don Davis Nissan Service Center to fix the squeaky breaks, but when I picked it up, the breaks were still speaking, not as loud but definitely not fixed, so I drove it back to the service area without leaving the dealership parking lot. I waited for about 20 minutes before getting help and then waited longer for a solution after explaining the situation. The Service Manager refused to finish the service and fix my car at that time because the shop was closing in 30 minutes. This was on Saturday, so they wanted to keep my car until Monday. They did offer a loaner car, but I did not have the new insurance card yet and getting to the shop on Monday before they closed was not possible. I took the car in for service on Saturday because it is not posdible to get there before close during the week. Another problem with the Service Manager's reasoning-I watched several cars pull into the service garage while I waited in the waiting area for help. Also, they had my car for over 5 hours and found the time to perform the "complimentary service check", which apparently revealed that my car needed ~$850 in other services that I did not request nor need. I've had the car for only 1 1/2 years and mileage is not high. If they had time inspect my car and would have had time to "fix" anything not covered under warranty or the maintenance plan, they should have had time to fix the break issue that is covered under warranty and the reason for the service visit. They only looked at the rear breaks, not the front breaks. One other thing that does not make sense-The car was parked infront of the new car sales offices when I picked it up, so someone had to drive it from the service garage to that location. If I immediately heard the squeaky breaks when I backed out of the parking spot, the service technician, or the person who drove the car, must have heard the squeaky breaks when he drove it from the service garage to the parking spot infront of the sales offices. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a service center. I would rather drive to Grapevine and have my car serviced at that dealership than use Don Davis Nissan Service Center in Arlington, again. Gerald was nice and tried to help, so I rated the center as a 2 for friendliness. Otherwise, I would have rated all categories as a 1. More

I want to thank the entire staff at Don Davis Nissan, including Jason Barling, Matt Howard, Jeff Brubaker and the many others who assisted me recently. Over many years of being a satisfied customer, I encountered a truly 'minor' problem. However this minor issue with me seemed to become the Number 1 item for the above mentioned staff and it was resolved "way and above" my expectations!! I can not thanked them enough and look forward to being their customer for not only years but "decades" to come!! Thank you Jeff for doing more than expected!! More

My 2010 Altima had the transmission recall where it was whining quite a bit and when I emailed a service advisor, he just gave me prices and a time frame since I was out of warranty with my car being at 105k miles. Nissan extended the miles to 120k back in 2014..... I told him that it's a CVT, his reply was that he didn't know it was a CVT... Nissan had two engines, the 2.5 L four cylinder and the 3.5 L six cylinder which both have the CVT transmission so you're going to lie about not knowing when your job is to know? I told him that I'll take my business elsewhere and he hardly validated what I told him. All 6 dealerships that I've dealt with, 3 in Houston, and 3 here in the DFW metroplex were rude, didn't want to help, and dragged their feet until it's time to pay. I love the GTR and the wife even approves of buying it if I really want it, but with these type of service, I'm going to bring my business and money elsewhere. Needless to say, I took it to Grubbs Nissan in Euless and they took care of me. I got rid of the car since it had so many issues and went back to Honda to buy an Accord for the meantime. I'll wait for the new Supra to come out in 2020/21 and will buy it then. Honda's reliable and I have yet to get mistreated from the dealership or corporate and Toyota's nothing less than excellent. Excellent customer service Marc Presswood is my service advisor for many years now. Always do above and beyond every time I take my car in for service. Also, what impress me Marc Presswood is my service advisor for many years now. Always do above and beyond every time I take my car in for service. Also, what impress me the most is the service manager (Deleon). I always see him directing traffic and who's always outside at the drop off area with his crew making sure all customers are greeted as soon as they get out their cars as they come in. Spoke with him a few times, asking me if I've seen my service advisor already. If my service advisor is busy at the moment, he would ask one of his available service advisors to help me. I would recommend this dealership service center to everyone. More
