I purchased my leased vehicle nearly 2 months ago and apparently Mr Anderson hasn't been doing this long because this is my 2nd bill from the Hyundai finance saying the paperwork still isnt correct. I've spent around 5 hours on the phone and emailing tryung to straighten out this mess. I'm so over this experience that I just wanna walk away from the car completely!!!!! More

Good Day The only negative in this transaction was the ridiculous "corporate" policy that gives me a better price for financing the car, instead of paying cash The only negative in this transaction was the ridiculous "corporate" policy that gives me a better price for financing the car, instead of paying cash. Specifically, I wanted to pay cash, which in my opinion, should warrant me getting the lowest price possible. But that was not the case. according to my salesperson, Glenn Howell, Hyundai gives incentives to finance the car that are not available in cash transactions. As a result, I was quoted a price that was about $1,600 HIGHER if I paid cash...which make NO BUSINESS sense to me. And as a result, I decide to finance the minimum amount to get these incentives, and pay it off in three months, which i was told was the minimum time required to not get penalized for early prepayment. This is an absolutely RIDICULOUS business practice and it probably cost me to have to spend an extra 2 hours at your dealership. More
