This was our third Sonata event at Glenn Hyundai. Scott Rollins, provided excellent service in handling our lease of a new 2014 Sonata Limited. Rick Asher gets super kudos for meeting our desired lease price, in conjunction with assistance from Brian Smith. And Jeremy Butcher, who is extremely knowledgeable in the Sonata navigation system, did a spectacular job in explaining new car features, instructing us on the navigation system and setting up an additional cell phone. In summary, everyone provided excellent service, and were very friendly. We were provided with a bright, shiny, spotless, new vehicle at the end of session. We are extremely pleased with all four of these Glenn Hyundai representatives. In our Sonata Limited lease #1, Brian Smith was involved in providing a super lease price. We first met Danny in 2011 when we and another friend purchased 2 Sonatas from him. He was very helpful in getting exactly what we wanted. He was also willing to work with us to get us the best price possible. Again in 2014, we and another family member reached out to Danny in search of 2 Santa Fe's. This time Danny went above and beyond! Most of our transaction took place over the phone/fax due to distance and winter weather. Even with several inches of snow on the ground, Danny was able to locate and deliver our Santa Fe to our house at 9 PM. They were even kind enough to pick up our trade in so that we would not have to make the trip to Lexington. The second Santa Fe was purchased in Lexington by a family member that traveled all the way from Atlanta. The fact that my family and I are willing to travel 200-500 miles to buy a car from Danny just goes to show that he is an excellent salesman.
