I had not yet decided if I wanted a 4 door or a 5 door model. As I pulled into a customer parking spot, Bill Graul was standing near the spot. He greeted me in a very friendly manner and offered to assist me in any way he could. At the time, Bill and I did not know each other. Soon, however, as we discussed a little about our personal histories, we discovered that our Fathers were good friends; and Bill had known my Father for a long time and Bill's Father had been my family physician for many years. My experience with Bill in purchasing my 5 door Accent could not have been more pleasant and was much better than any of the many previous times when I had purchased new cars. Bill is very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, patient, and far too many other good adjectives that I can list in this brief statement. As Bill and I were completing the car selection and sales process, I changed my mind several times about accessories, etc.; and Bill was always patient and helpful to be certain I got exactly the car I finally wanted. There are not enough words to adequately describe what a great person and representative of Glenn Hyundai that Bill is. I consider myself very fortunate that Bill was standing on the sidewalk when I first parked in the customer spot. Bill completely contradicts the commonly held concept of a car salesmen being untrustworthy. I would and shall highly recommend Bill to any person who is ready to purchase a car.
