I am extremely happy to express that my recent experience at Glenn Hyundai was indeed successful, wonderful, and had extreme relevance on my present and future purchasing. Researching a vehicle can be rather lengthy and there are plenty of people ready to offer their opinions to you. This is all well and good; quite necessary. But ultimately it comes down to you and the dealership; especially the staff that are there to assist. That brings me to Greg Fath. He is truly an outstanding individual that has what it takes to assist a customer in making an informed decision. I always come to Glenn to get my vehicle serviced. My very first vehicle purchase was in 2008 and I've not been disappointed. While waiting to have a repair and oil change, Greg kindly offerred to help and answer any questions I might have. He was very thorough with giving factors to consider once learning that I had been considering a new vehicle purchase. All my questions were answered and misgivings allayed. There was no question that was pointless or naive with him. It solidified my resolve to go forward with the idea. I was able to present a logical case to my husband and he agreed that it was worth doing. Even after leaving the dealership, if I had a question or concern - Greg Fath was always willing to answer it. Ultimately we came away some days later with a new 2013 Santa Fe that met all my expectations. Its features were everything I wanted and I didn't feel like I had settled for something less. Greg patiently went over the basics of the vehicle's operation so I didn't drive off feeling like "What do I do now?". Greg Fath is a high example a salesman that is extremely helpful without being pushy, knowledgable, patient - there are not enough adjectives that I could use. He was patient with us as we were considering options and then had to delay the purchase of a car due to replacing the A/C unit in our home... No hassles or pressure. When I returned to the dealership after a couple of weeks communicating via e-mail, he came outside to greet me as I was getting out of the car. He took the time to explain all features of the car and showed me how to sync my phone and use the features. He even helped to carry a couple of boxes full of books from the car I was trading in to my new Elantra. More
Zach Dunn was the sales consultant we worked with. He was extremely helpful in our decision to purchase a Hyundai Elantra GT. Zach also managed to get us all of the discounts possible to make our decision making process stress free. We couldn't be happier with our decision and with the service we received. The manager was also helpful and no one pressed us with a high pressure sales pitch. The first time I visited the lot to look at the car that interested me, I just wanted to sit in it and see if it felt like a good fit--and to examine the exterior on my own. Dan handed me the key and let me do just that. He didn't spin the sales hype that I had dreaded; he just let me find out what I needed to know at that point. When I went back in a few days for a test drive, he was friendly about that--but again, not pushy. I then explained what was important to me in negotiating the price. I wanted to keep the process clear and simple. He respected that. He understood what mattered to me and didn't try to change my mind or take over my decision. Once we agreed on the price, every step was explained carefully. It was clear to me that this salesman wanted his customer to understand, to be assured that nothing was hidden, and to have the chance to ask questions about any part of the transaction. The same was true when I went back to pick up my new car. Dan made sure I knew about the features, the warranty, the service department--everything. He was thorough, and he was in no hurry as he explained things. By far, this was the best new car purchase I've ever experienced! I understand now why Dan Litteral and the Hyundai dealership have such enthusiastic customer reviews. They treat customers with respect. They certainly earned my trust. More
Well my husband and I are both retired and disabled. I had an appointment to meet with Bernard I just didn't what time we would be in Lexington we live in Union City. Zach Dunn met with us and went and got the cars we ask about and brought them to the show room door so we didn't have to get out and walk in the heat. Then he let me test drive two different cars the Accent and the Elantra. We liked both. The color was wrong for us Grey on the Elantra. Zach said he could get one right away.My husband is having surgery this Tuesday. So we had to come back to Lexington on Friday my husband had to get a shot and blood work. I had talked to Zach Thursday but I didn't think my husband would be up to coming Friday while we were in Lexington to get a evaluation on our 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. After my husbands doctor appointment he said he wanted to go by to see Zach at Glenn Hyundai so we did.Zach did the evaluation on our Van. Then he ask if we wanted to see a white Elantra which is the color we wanted that he didn't have the other day. He brought it over to the show room but I didn't care for the tan interior.We don't have cell phones so the Road side asst. wouldn't help if we have a flat. Zach along with the nice gentleman in the corner glass office said they could get us a spare. So we were about to leave and Zach ask if we thought about any other color. I hadn't really! Zach walked up to the other lot and found a really nice blue Elantra with grey interior so we worked out a deal to lease. This this is our first lease and Olivia Tudor did her magic with the numbers and paperwork.Thank you to all the employees even the service dept. that installed the spare and washed the car for us.My husband drove us home it was the first time he had been in the Elantra. I did all the test driving with Zach Dunn.I think Zach Dunn other employees desire a bonus or a raise. Zach Dunn and the other folks there couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. I spoke primarily with Zach and he is a true professional. He's very knowledgeable about the vehicles on their lot as well as other types of cars within my price range. The search was efficient and pain-free as I selected a Hyundai Sonata as my final choice. I didn't know much about Hyundai's at the time, but he gave me the scoop and I couldn't be more pleased with it since I drove it off the lot last month. I'd recommend anyone to head over to Glenn Automall for their next new or pre-owned car purchase! More

Prior to buying my new Sonata from Glenn Hyundai, I had a '97 Volvo 850 that I had been driving for 10 years, with well over 200,000 miles on it. I wasn't even considering buying a NEW car, especially a 2013, but as I searched for a good used replacement, I found the car we bought from Zach at the Glenn Auto Mall web site and it was a May Web Site special price, so I investigated. Zach responded by email, I did some number crunching and decided to take a closer look, especially after my wife liked it also. I had done my homework and decided that a new car purchase was potentially more economical and beneficial than buying used this time, so we made an appointment with Zach. I'm not sure what I expected, but Zach made the experience very easy. With the web price special, a reasonable trade in offer, Hyundai financing promotions, and just a very pleasant buying experience, I recommend Zach Dunn and the Glenn Auto Mall team to anyone. No buyer's remorse here. We are enjoying our new Sonata and have had many compliments on the Shimmering White color. More
