I was shopping for a new car for my wife. I had a good price from another dealer but it was not the color she wanted. So i called Don Marshall and talked with Tera she asked if i would let her have a chan price from another dealer but it was not the color she wanted. So i called Don Marshall and talked with Tera she asked if i would let her have a chance at Earning my Biss so i asked her what she had? Tera asked what i was looking for i told her i had found a 2013 versa s in white and it was the right price but not the right color i was looking for a red one. Tera then took my number and said she will call me back. After about 15 min she called me back and said she didn't have a red one but had a blue one coming in on the truck next week it was not the s but a sv with upgrades for the same price as the s. Now thats about $1,500.00 diff in the car but Tera said she wanted to earn my biss even if they didn't make money on this deal she just wanted to make my wife a happy customer! So i said ok! I drove from columbia ky down there about 60 miles to get the paper work started. I was then handed off to a Sales Consultant Mr. Travis Silvers he took all the info and was Super Nice he got me all lined up. All this was on a Friday afternoon then on Monday morning Mrs. Kristi Mullins called me and said that the Blue Versa shipping was delayed and was going to be a week later before it will be here she had talked to the sales manager and they was going to do a dealer trade and get the one that my wife wanted in red and have it here that afternoon so my wife will not be without a car and so she can get the color she wants. Now let me tell you they didn't have to do that it cost them more money and a days work for Mr.Travis Silvers to drive down to Cookville Tnn to get the car he could have made money back at the lot but in order to make my wife and me happy they all went the extra mile.
