Long distance relationship I live in Texas, but I was buying a car for my daughter that lives in West Virginia. We had been looking for weeks. I dealt with a lot of different salesman, and managers. I required a lot of phone and text conversations, since I cannot be there in person. I was pretty much fed up and aggravated with the whole process until I came across Josh at Don Hall. I probably was not the easiest customer to deal with, however, Josh was professional, helpful, courteous and attentive the entire time. We got the car my daughter wanted, she was happy and I was super pleased with the process. I also appreciated the help from Matt the manager there as well. I would definitely recommend this place because of the great customer service. More
