I have used this dealership for years and have never had a bad experience. Service advisor Scott Krouse is very pleasant. He is a good communicator. Purchased a Ford Ecosport for my daughter for college. I was quoted the price with rebate (ford drives u rebate, they also had a military rebate but you could only choose one). Everything seemed fine and then when they took me back to the finance guy to sign papers there was no rebate. I was told the rebate wasn't off the top you had to fill out the paperwork online and wait for it. It was ridiculous we had gotten this far in the process and no-one had explained this, but we went with it. Got the car. Then brought it back the next day as there was glue all over it from the protective film they put on it. That was a 45 min drive for something that should have already been done. But hey they got most of it off, still not all of it. So my daughter filled out the forddrivesu form and I texted the sales guy it was done. It's been to months. I've checked with the sales guy Mike 3 times and get told it's being processed. At this point my guess is it's a hoax. So they will lie to you, they will give you a brand new car for that brand new price and send you off the lot with glue all over it. I guess they are not fans of dealing and cleaning it up for buyers. So I would NOT recommend this dealership, or Mike, at all. Go somewhere else where they treat customers decently. More
I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Ford. I was prepared for the worst, having heard horror stories of other dealerships marking up their Maverick retail orders. I have taken my Ford expedition in four times because the running board does not work consistently.
