Contacted dealership about a used vehicle I wanted to buy. They said it needed parts to be road worthy and would contact me when I could test drive it. Sarah Bolen then contacted me and I asked about the vehicle and she told me they sold it before they notified me it was ready. This is not any way to run a business. I will never buy a vehicle from this place. More
Steve Harrison who is a Service Advisor does excellent customer service, I came to Don hinds Ford on Mary 3 about the recall of the door latches for the 2012 Ford Focus, After inspection of the Ford Focus customer service, I came to Don hinds Ford on Mary 3 about the recall of the door latches for the 2012 Ford Focus, After inspection of the Ford Focus, Steve informed me that I did need replacement of the door latches but that the Ford Manufacture was back order on parts. Steve informed me that he would let me know as soon as the parts was in and he did, on June 18, Steve called me and got me schedule on June 30,2021 from 2-5pm the latches were replaced. It is fantastic to drive and not hear the horn honk because of the latches not working!! More
So I went here strictly due to my uncle working here. I’m going to make this quick. Sarah the sales manager is awesome great communication and actually cares. Now Steve communication is like 25% out of 100 and with what they have him doing it seems in my opinion at least he doesn’t have time for sales. My car broke down during the week. I had been talking to them for 2 weeks I told them the Monday after my car broke down I’m 100% buying a truck saturday. I showed up and nothing was ready I still had to wait a decent amount of time. Then even tho they claim they won’t contact them they want you to write down 3 references. I gave fake information because they basically make it to where they won’t continue in the process until you give those references and they say they won’t contact them yet they make you write the numbers and address. But overall I got my truck I love it even tho within a week my moon roof stop working and now I have to find a way to get it in the warranty center. More

Don Hinds Ford was an awesome experience from the promises they made, finding the exact car that I wanted, and then presenting me with a fair deal. Their finance department was very efficient in clos promises they made, finding the exact car that I wanted, and then presenting me with a fair deal. Their finance department was very efficient in closing our deal and loan. Our sales person, Kerry Little, was knowledgeable about the product and created a great purchasing experience.
