I looked for months for a used, low mileage 4Runner for my daughter. Inventory was thin locally but we found a dealership in Indiana (5 hours from my home) with a possible match. Sent pictures of the vehicle and answered all questions about the maintenance, condition, and previous ownership regarding the vehicle. He helped plan my transportation from the airport and had the vehicle ready and waiting upon my arrival. Brad Albright worked hard to get me a phenomenal interest rate as well. I was totally thankful for their work and hospitality. It was the best experience I’ve ever had dealing for a vehicle. Kudos to everyone!! I will tell everyone i know about Don Hinds Ford. More

One of the worse experiences I have had with a car dealer, I took my Focus because of A/C issues, they told us it was because the Thermostat, we changed it and did not fix the issue, then they mention dealer, I took my Focus because of A/C issues, they told us it was because the Thermostat, we changed it and did not fix the issue, then they mentioned that since it is cheaper to refill the system rather than pursue a full repair the proceed just to find out that the system can't be filled due to the obvious, it has a hole... then they charge me the FULL price for charging the system. In total I got a full cost of $1000 wasted between the thermostat and the "refill". Very dissappointed. More
They didn’t have to do much to sell me on the Ford I purchased. I did appreciate how hands off they were in my decision making process. What I did not appreciate was the language used.
