Easy drop off and functional waiting room so I could work while I waited. They kept me informed of work done and routine maintenance work needed but no pressure to do it. The dealership is okay and will work with you, but the service department is bad. I never feel like a priority, even with an appointment. If you have some work needing up to 2hrs...you better clear your service department is bad. I never feel like a priority, even with an appointment. I always went to Don Hindes for service work for my old f250, and when I was in need of a new truck, Duanne didn't disappoint in the service provided to help me find my new truck. I've been a long time Ford owner and Don Hinds customer and this was one of my more disappointing experiences. A part on my C-Max that shouldn't have broken did, so I was stuck with what turned out to be and this was one of my more disappointing experiences. A part on my C-Max that shouldn't have broken did, so I was stuck with what turned out to be an almost $500 bill. The good: +Paint job on the repair part was outstanding at a fair price. +Service squeezed me in amongst the Spring Break repair crush The not so good: +Paint job on such a small part took longer than I expected, but I don't know all that goes into this work. +Parts department ordered the repair part, but failed to notice that the Ford logo was not included. Add a couple days delay and $35 dollars to the total bill. +Parts department wouldn't release the Ford logo to Service until it was paid for. Add another day delay. And really, over a $35 part for a customer who's spent thousands at the dealership? +When we went to pick up the car (after hours) the lights had been left on, draining the battery. Okay for a mistake to be made, but service seemed to have no consideration for our inconvenience and the wasted 45 minutes of another trip. How much consideration should have been extended? I don't know, but more than nothing. More
